lies

lie.
or in other words,
hiding the truth.

it started when we were kids.
lie to mommy.
so that mommy won't scold us.
we didnt get beaten up.
so why lie?
to protect ourselves.

then bring the habit to school.
lie to teacher.
'i left my homework at home'
teacher 4give.
so why lie?
to save ourselves.

lying to teachers.
continue to friends,
'am i fat?'
even we know she's the fattest girl in class.
we say 'no,ure not that fat'
white lie.
so why lie?
to take care of other's feeling.

then we grew up,
and master the arts of lying,
get in institution,
again meet new cooler people.
we lie about ourselves,reputation.
spice things up so that we are one of everyone.
so why lie?
to fit in the cool society.

then we change,
turnin into someone that we are not,
start to holding on the stand of life that we dnt believe in,
agree on things that we don't.
to please our friends,
but inside,
we know that we lie to ourselves.
so why lie?
to make ourselves feel good.

clique separates,
probs occur,
try and find new people,
to be friends with,
again,start wth lie,
better yet,
make up stories and find flaw in others,
so why lie?
to strenghten our social position.

then we lie thru and thru.
till all our lifes are based on lies.

but can we live a calm life with lies?
and till when we can afford to lie?

is lie necessary?
